Vacuole

Vacuoles serve as a storage container for nutrients and waste products. Contractile vacuoles additionally maintain water levels in the cell.

Structure
Vacuoles are large vesicles stemming from the ER and Golgi complex. Its interior changes in composition depending on its type, either Food, Contractile, or Central.

Synergy
Cytoplasm, while not an organelle, work with the vacuoles to regulate the internal environment.
Both the vacuole and Lysosome break down waste products.
